During his return to Atlanta, Philadelphia quarterback Michael Vick left the game with an apparent neck injury late in the third quarter of the Eagles’ 35-31 loss the Atlanta Falcons.  According a tweet from @nfl, Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed that Vick suffered a concussion after he threw a pass and was tackled to the ground, colliding helmets with Falcons’ Todd Herremans.Whether or not Vick will be able to play next week in the Eagles’ game against the New York Giants is yet to be determined, but as Eagles’ beat reporter Jeff McLane tweeted, “Vick has to go through protocol before he can be cleared.”  Also according to McLane’s Twitter account, “he knew exactly what happened on play he suffered concussion, team source said,” and  a “source described Vick’s concussion as ‘slight.'”  …
