Archery on horseback.
Not an Olympic sport. But if rhythmic dancing & synchronized swimming are, why not this.

I have asked the same question about field archery. There are many aspects of archery that are generally ignored by international competition. If you take the Olympics as a standard, an objective observer might conclude that the FITA 70 meter round is the only archery competition on the planet, and is actually one of the most boring.
I understand that the host country is allowed to introduce a new sport. So if you can just get Japan to introduce this sport the next time they host the Olympics, perhaps we can generate more public interest in archery in general! Good luck!
